Easily Develop Cloud-based Applications Using WFI32/PIC32MZW1
Streamline your IoT development with Microchip's family of WiFi System on a Chip and Modules. (July 2022)
Creating a Wi-Fi enabled design can be very complex. Using an MCU with Wi-Fi built-in as a standard peripheral can help to streamline your development, reduce your BOM cost and simplify your hardware design. This new SoC offering from Microchip benefits from the configurable code generation capability of MPLAB® Harmony software framework and production ready offerings like `Cloud as a Service’. The SoCs are available in pre-certified modules with integrated networking and a pre-provisioned authentication device. This class features three straightforward hands-on labs. The first will walk you through a simple WiFi project, created from scratch. The second lab will use the Harmony framework’s Cloud as a Service to easily connect your design to a cloud service. Lastly, the built-in secure element will be used to securely authenticate your embedded design to the cloud.
