This class will explore the benefits of the CEC173x Trust Shield family, Microchip’s Real-Time Platform Root of Trust solution. Enabled by the proprietary Soteria-G3 firmware, Trust Shield offers a robust set of security features that establish platform firmware resiliency and protect real-time operation from malicious actors. This training focusses on the features that set these controllers apart from their predecessor (the CEC1712) and equips engineers with the necessary tools to incorporate Trust Shield into their design.
